I had an arrest record. I was arrested for simple assault involving domestic incidence. I spent a night in jail. Charged were dismissed without any plea deal. I used a lawyer. Please do not discouraged if you had similar issues. Please do lot of research before you file your petition or prepare for an interview. Lawyer will help you with the information but, do your own research. This website is very useful along with other websites in Google search.
