I 751 no receipt
Hello guys,
My lawyer sent my i 751 package to Texas Service center on Nov. 21,2020. They received it at November 24, 2020.
I didn't hear anything from USCIS yet. It has been more than 10 weeks now. My money order check is not even cashed. I talked to USCIS multiple times they just telling me to wait. One of the officer scheduled me call with tier 2 officer, tier 2 officer gave me no useful information. She didn't even give me infopass for passport stamping. They say USCIS is not giving any in person appointment nowadays. I also contacted local congressman a month ago. His office said they will make inquiry for me and I contacted back twice but nothing from them too.
My lawyer should have sent it to Pheonix, AZ.
Any other Texas filers here who didn't get their receipt? Or if you have any suggestions please let me know. My green card is expiring next week. Thank you.
