I-751 Receipt#SRC
Hello, I wanted to share my experience below. I filed my i751 jointly with my spouse. At the time of filing, we were separated but he agreed to file jointly. We were unsure if we were going to get back together so he decided to help. As of now, we are separated but still married. I received notice via the USCIS website that an interview will be scheduled. I am worried because I do not believe he would want to attend an interview since he has stated that before. What should I do? Also, the sworn affidavits I included attest to a happy marriage but we were separated is that bad? I included the following evidence:
 Copy of our marriage certificate
 Copy of our apartment rental agreement with joint occupancy
 Copy of our joint auto insurance card
 Copy of our joint health insurance card
 Copy of life insurance document, showing that my husband is the only beneficiary
 Copies of the tax statements for the previous two years (2018-2019)
 Copies of statements from our joint savings account for January 2020 to present.
 Copy of the bill of our car, showing joint ownership
 Copy of our credit card statement showing a joint account
 Photographs from our family’s new year party, our trip to the Rodeo (2018), Our trip to the state fair of Texas (2017), a night out with friends (2017), our trip to Colorado (2017), our trip to Mardi Gras in New Orleans, Louisiana (2018), Our trip to Big Bend National Park (2019), our trip to New York (2019), a night out with friends and family (2020)
 Two sworn affidavits by family members, attesting to our happy relationship and marriage.
