Hello everyone,
I’m graduating in six weeks. I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to apply for OPT since NBC keeps pushing the processing time for I-765. It’s now 5.5 to 7.5 months.
Also., I only filed for i-765 with my AOS. I want to file I-131, have anyone filed I-131 after I-485? Should I mail the file to USCIS in Chicago or NBC directly?
