I-765 & I-131 Approved!
Hi guys, I just got my combo card approved last week and wanted to share my timeline with everyone.
I'm currently on STEM OPT extension with F1 visa and got married to US citizen last year.
Green card application with I-485, I-130, I-765, and I-131 were all filed together back in December of 2019. Documents were received on 12/20.
As of date 6/1/20, these are the case status on USCIS website. I-485 hasn't been changed from 'ready to be scheduled for an interview' since 2/18/20. Hopefully they reschedule interview pretty soon.
I-485: As of February 18, 2020, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status.
I-130: On December 20, 2019, we received your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative.
I-765: On May 29, 2020, we mailed your new card for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
I-131: On May 27, 2020, we approved your Form I-131, Application for Travel Document.
