I-765 & I-131 Case outside processing time
Hey everyone, can someone who has an experience similar to mine guide me about next steps or give me any suggestions?
Married to LPR, I-130 PD March 2018
I-485, 765 & 131 PD: 25 June 2019 (Philadelphia and NBC)
Last status update: Fingerprint fee was accepted and case was received
I called USCIS a couple of times to check and see the status and they told me that your case is almost complete, however, I doubt that since I never saw any update on my case and never received EAD with adv parole.
My I765 and I131 will be outside normal processing times in about 4-5 days.
Can you suggest if I should put SAR for case outside processing times request online? Or should I call instead? Or should I just ignore doing anything as it may slow down my process in further?
My attorney is basically just another jackass who finds excuse for every single thing, and this time he is saying that this all is because your spouse if a permanent resident, but not a citizen. I already waited for 1.5 years for our priority date to become current before applying for AOS.
My friends, any good suggestion is much appreciated.
This stupid thing of immigration can drive anyone crazy and give anyone mental trauma and high blood pressure. I think that just because of this stupid immigration system, i'm a patient of high blood pressure now. It's a stupid system where you can live here, and work here, if you are on F-1 visa, but you can't go back home to see your relatives. I truly regret coming here and wish that I never had come here, but I can't do anything about it now because I also have to think about my wife's happiness and other aspects.
