Today, 32 days after the credit card charge, my application does not exist in USCIS.
I called USCIS, they couldn't find my application with any of my personal information.
They reported the lost case, and then I'll need to wait another 30 days just to resolve what happened with my application.
I can't believe how bad this process is.
