Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hey guys. I haven't come across anyone who has had this issue so far. But I filed my AOS application with forms I-130, I-485 & I-765. I did not submit for I-131 though. I called the USCIS to follow up on the status of my application and I was told that they do not have a form I-765 on file for me. I got confirmations for the I-485 & I-130 but for the I-765, they are not asking me to resend my form explaining the situation. So I have 2 questions:
1) Should I expect to receive a biometrics appointment? Is this appointment for the I-485 or for the EAD application?
2) Since I have to resubmit the form and supporting documents, I was wondering if anyone who is currently on an F1 visa, has applied for AOS and submitted for I-765. If so, could you please tell me what documents you submitted to support the I-765 for your EAD application? Did you submit copies of previous I-20s & EADs? I currently already have an EAD so would it be advisable to send a copy of that with the I-765?
