I got an NOID
Ok so today I got the mail . An NOID on my form I-130 .
Two things
1) I didn’t submit lease and the utility bills and mails are not enough to proof cohabitation ( apartment won’t add me to the lease because I didn’t have an ITIN or social security number)
2) not enough proof of financial commingling ( money in our chase joint account that we spent for our vacation were Zelle transfers from my other personal account and it’s not a joint account and no evidence that she can access my personal account
The account was also insufficient to show how we able to pay the rent and other household bills ( told them at the interview my wife pays the rent )
3) we did not provide 2019 tax filing or W2 ( she didn’t make enough so we didn’t file taxes )
Do I need a lawyer to respond to all these ?
