I got the H1BVisa
I posted a mail on july 28th about the peculiar experience i got from the chennai consulate.Iam very happy to say that i got the H1B visa yesterday.

He asked me about the project iam going to work on and who are the potential clients? and why i need a 2 years visa when the company says its a 6-9 months project?

From my experience, most of the people along with me are facing problem when the officer is asking the following questions. I think these are the key questions.(this is just my view)

1.About the project u r going to work there.
U should know the project name which u r going to work in U.S.Insist ur company to give the project details, because the officer will not beleive you unless u say the project name and its duration.

2. Why do u want to leave the current job?
I got a better opportunity there compared to this job. This experience will help me a lot when i return to india.(I think this makes sure for the officer, that u intend to come back)

3.If u say, i will work for this particular client,U must be ready to produce a letter from client stating that?

And always think that the Officer wants you to got to U.S., because there arent enough skilled workers there.
All the best and some luck too.
