So I’m a bit worried lemme break down the situation, so I’ve been with my husband for years and we’ve been doing the long distance relationship Me coming back and forth with my b2 visa over the period of years ! I had our daughter in the USA as well . So 2015 we decided to get married because we’re so in love and wanted to be more on a committed level . I got married 2 months after coming to USA then I left and went back home to my country. Then I came back to visit as usual I couldn’t bare to leave my husband again it was so heart breaking so I decided to stay for good ! We filled for AOS 11 months after ! I’m just worried that the 90 day rule may affect me my intent was never to stay here I had a good life in my country but my heart is with my husband and he lives here ! Has anyone had a similar situation? Or experienced something like this ?
