I reached out to my ombudsman and they will be getting in contact with USCIS, which is great! I guess.
However, my husband that doesn’t LISTEN found him self in trouble again! It’s a possibility that he will be serving time. If we are called for a second interview, what’s going to happen if he is locked up. He is being sentenced in January, not sure if he’ll get probation or jail time. Sigh!
