I need Advice
November 18 2020 USCIS received I-751 package. (POTOMAC SERVICE CENTER)
March 15 2021 (Fingerprint reuse).
November 10 2021 (Filed N-400 online and Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS).
December 15 2021 (Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another office for processing)
December 16 2021 (Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction).--National Benefits center

Now after waiting this while, I caught my spouse cheating countless times with so many evidences when I was emotionally depressed after I lost my mom and grandma at the same time. I wouldn't go into detail but now she is threatening to get me deported after she has taken all my immigration documents (i.e all USCIS receipts including extension the letter). The only thing I have on me is my expired green card.
Fast forward she made me sign an agreement that she will only sign an auto appraisal offer if I accept she wouldn't pay anything in the house (my car which she asked me to add her name during the purchase to help her build her credit) I have been the one making the auto payment since the purchase.
I am thinking of filing for divorce but I don't know what next to still get my permanent residence card. I need an advice or if anyone has been in a similar situation.
Thank you
