My interview is coming soon its scheduled for june 29th
My pd is September 2016
EAD /AP received in april 2017
I had a lwayer meeting yesterday to prepare us for the interview but she made us so stressed coz my husbands previous marriage was a very short marriage ( he got his divorce right after he received his permanent GC ) it was not planed by the way just coincidence he was under pressure he couldnt keep it up so the lawyer says it dosnt sound that it was real and he has to prove it.
Second point : me and my husband have the same background plus our families knows each other .so we know each other from back home we share the same birthday the same entry date to the US .all this numbers made her feel that everything was planned .the truth is its just coincidence .so after all we decided to get married ( family arranged marriage) before he got his citizenship in 2014 he became naturalized last year thats when we applied to change my status for permanent resident after i was over stay for 4 yeras
Our marriage is real we have a 2 years old son .the lawyer says everything sounds arranged before. here im talking to a different culture different way of thinking for whoever is from our background its very common and it happens a lot
My question is if i can not convince my lawyer how im gonna convince IO the day of the interview????!!!!!
She stressed me out alot she made me think twice i dont know what to do
Plz share similar experience or any suggestions it will be appreciated
