I130 Denial
My US citizen husband filed for my son 14 months who's outside the US.Unfortunately my son I130 was denied 2 months ago. The denial letter stated that no evidence was submitted to proof stepchild and stepfather relationship. My heart is hurting after waiting so long for an approval for my son but instead a denial. All supporting documents were submitted with my son I130 application so I cant understand how this could happen. We filed an appeal using form EOIR29 form in November.
How long does an I130 appeal take for a decision to be made?
