I received a NOTICE OF ACTION from USCIS for my applications (for my mom and dad) on Jan 27 2012.
However, there is no status update for these cases on the website. I called the USCIS number for an update and the officer mentioned that the files have just cleared the National Benefits Center.
Any idea what this means? And how much longer it will take to get a decision?
My parents are currently in India and I have opted for them to get the visa there itself.
