I think this will help someone I applied for i130,i485 based mariage it was on 2017 they approved my case and sent me employment card after the interview they denied my case because the person that was doing the paperwork for me did it Wong and my wife wasn’t usc
After that I waited until my wife finished her citizenship on 12/18/2018 I reapply again they sent me employment card on March 3 months later , they sent the card to the wong zip code so I called uscis every day twice a day to resend it to me they said I have to talk to a second level officer I couldn’t find one one day I called early 8:00 in the morning I find the second level officer and talked to him he said they will send it back to me in 3 months or less I never received it I finally found the same week they schedule my interview. Interview was great the didn’t even ask me one question she said she will approve the case later she really did coz later after the interview I checked my case online the said case approved and next day checked again they said i485 approved and card being processed and the next week wishes this week card in my hand 10 years praise the lord.
When you try to call uscis call early like 8:00 am after you dialed the 1800 number type 1246 then put your case # you gonna talk to an officer straight with putting on hold. Guy be patient have faith pray God WITH GOD EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
