I received a letter of denial after waiting so long for my green card because we had our interview over 1yr and 3 months ago.
The uscis Houston field office stated that we didn't show up on interview that they took auction on our behalf of which we already done the interview. They stated that if this is an error from the USCIS we should file for i290B for motion to reopen. We had to call USCIS and they transfer us to level 2 and they confirm it was Administrative error from the USCIS Houston field office that they have informed them about it that they will send an email not later than 5 business days and also I should file for motion for reopen .
We filed for form i290b and we have received a new case number and also we have receive an email stating that it was USCIS Administrative error that everything is okay with my i485 case that they have looked into our case.
Please pals how long are we going to wait and has anyone experience such error from the uscis?
