So I did my green card interview on August 19 2020. It went well. Got approved on spot. But like a week after I got a letter in the mail telling me I need to do over my medical because it was expired. I did my medical and send it in September 21. My question is how long will immigration take to look at the medical and send me approval letter and my green card ? .. My case status is still saying interview is scheduled. Even though I got approved on the spot. I just don’t understand.
