Hello all,
Married to USC and applied in Oct 2019 and waiting for rescheduling my interview which was cancelled in April 2020.
My husband's company is currently in process for massive layoff due to budget cut and Covid. My question is if my husband (sponsor for my i485) get layoff does it affect my application? How much salary is required for a sponsor? Also, I have received my EAD in March. I am working and earning enough for myself and our monthly expense.
