Anyways, we filed our marriage-based petition on Sep 14, 2016 and the receipt date was Sep 22, 2016. We had the interview on Jan 14, 2017 and was approved same day. Now we are waiting for the card to arrive. The officer at Indianapolis was very nice. She did ask a lot of standard questions but nothing mean or difficult. Questions include parents' names, kids' names (if any), when you first met each other, joint bank account, paycheck direct deposit, trips taken together, did you ever live together before, did you take a honeymoon and where, etc. It was about 20 minutes long.
