I got interview on sep 28, after interview the office call us and told us my wife finger print has been reject from uscis, and officer request police clearance records like this
"Some US states issue state police clearance records instead of individual town records(such as Connecticut and Pennsylvania). We will accept the state police clearance records from such us states if you have been arrested or criminal charges were filed against you. you must include all arrest records as well as court dispositions describing the charges and the final outcome of your arrests"
anyone one of you have this problem like me ?
I already submit the RFE on oct 12. how long do you think they will process this ? cause I'm gonna travel out of country On oct 25. I have advance parole. do. you think it will cause me something when I come back ?
