I485 interview scheduled from 2019
Hello Family,
My I485 interview was scheduled on August 13th 2019 at Sacramento, CA USCIS field office, When I went to the interview with my wife, they told me that they haven't received my case file to their office so they cancelled my interview and told me that they will rescheduled the interview in 30days. From that day my case status showing that interview was scheduled from 2019. I tried to contact them, put service requests, spoke to tier 2 officer, all they are saying they are working on my case and The office has to make decision and they cant do anything. I am tired of taking to them on the phone, I reached out to congressmen case work, submitted the form two months back no response, Tried to set up infopass appointment, they said my situation is not eligible for info pass appointment. I really don't know what to do, my lawyer saying that we have to wait and can't do anything. I am so worried of my situation right now, I don't have any hope that I will hear from USCIS. Please help me what I can do at this point? my filing date is March 8th 2018
