Adjustment of Status - I-485

Good morning everyone.im so fustrated right now and would like to share my experience to find out if some one had experienced this kind of situation in the pass.My wife and I been married since May 2013 and we filed through our Attorney since June 2015, we have been to interview at Chicago filed office on November 3.At the interview the IO separated us and send me back to the waiting room,I was expecting her to come back with my wife and call me back in but she didn't...after 10mn she come back with my wife to the waiting room well giving her a printout saying that she going to review ours case.2months allready but still no answer from them.3weeks after the interview I call the customer service number they said that they processing case from February 2015,I been to Infopass December 7,they said that they need more time to process the case.my lawyer make online inquire they respond saying that my case is pending review.On December 28,I called the!high level Custumer service and the officer said that my case is outside of the normal processing time and she's going to send email to the officer in charge of my case and I have to expect letter in the mailbox soon,until now still nothing.what should I do ladies and gentlemens?Thanks in advance for any answer.
