Adjustment of Status - I-485

After 3 long days of waiting, we finally received our RFE letters and as many of you suggested, USCIS is requesting the medical form! We’re sure ours were submitted by the attorney last September, but seems like the difference is that this time USCIS is requiring the Civil Surgeon to send the forms directly. We’ll check with the attorney on Monday for any explanation, but I have to say it’s a huge relief to see this is the only information they requested! And the mails also said it’s the information for them to make a final decision, so I hope that means we’re being considered to skip interviews.
