Hi everyone, see if anyone had this experience and share your thoughts on this.
We hired attorney to do our paperwork.
Marriage based
Pd - Oct 2018
Biometric done - November
1st rfe received - November 5
1st rfe responsesd - Decmber 10(attorney made it late)
2nd rfe received - decmber 29
We contacted our attorney they said they will charge some money and respond within a month. We asked attorney to respond ASAP but they said 1month time is the fastest they can..It is just 2 papers and cover letter. So we decided to respond to the 2nd rfe .
2nd rfe responded by us- Jan 2 2019
Case is ready to schedule for interview -jan 16 2019
We informed our attorney about our 2nd rfe response but thy werent happy with that..they said legally attorney should Reply ..bla bla bla and all tat..
Attorney replied to 2nd rfe again with the same papers I have sent.
Now on jan29 2019, case status moved to rfe received and status is same till date.
Do anyone think it is our mistake in responding to the 2nd rfe ?
And Anyway this gonna delay my interview/COMBO card ?.
