Lawer droped RFE in person to 26 Fed Plaza on 03/31/2017
Finally, congressman contacted USCIS and USCIS replied Congressman today like---
"Please be advised that USCIS received the applicant’s response to a Request for Evidence (RFE). However, the Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, is currently pending fingerprint checks which were resubmitted on April 20, 2017. The adjudication of the Form I-485 cannot be completed until fingerprint checks have been properly assessed. Once the fingerprint checks are cleared and the assessment of all the evidence is completed, a final decision will be made and the applicant will be notified by mail.
Can someone tell me what does it mean?
Does it mean FBI done fingerprint check and resubmited to USCIS OR
USCIS resubmited to FBI for check again?
Please help, I need some input .
