Hello Friends
Here is my situation .
I am on H4 visa with valid stamping till 2018. At present me and my kid (14 yrs) residing in India due to some emergency situation. We got our PD current and eligible to apply for I-485/EAD. My question is :
1. How long it takes to get our biometrics date after applying ?
2. Can we come in oct to apply I-485/EAD and fly back to India and again come to USA to give my fingerprints.?
