good morning everyone
When I filed for adjustment of status, USCIS said I committed fraud when i applied for visa in Haiti back in 2010. whoever helped me with the application denied that i have relatives in the Usa.which kind of true because my father never took care of me.my mom played both roles . and they said that i also lied about i was divorce.
when i applied for visa i thought i was married.my husband divorced me without letting me know.they said that i lied that i was divorced.i did not get the visa .why would i lied about it ?. Haiti is not usa.
i swear those issues were not intentional .They required me to file a Form I – 601 (Waiver of Inadmissibility), which they denied, stating that my spouse would not suffer enough “extreme hardship”. My lawyer appealed my case to the Administrative Appeals Office in Washington DC (AAO), which dismissed my appeal.
last night i parked my car in a train track i wanted to finish up everything bu my kids don't have nobody. i don't want to suffer the way i did. I'm a home owner. i worked double just to provide assistance to my kids.uscis mentioned in the letter if i go back to Haiti my father and my brother will take care of my kids.
my father and i are not friends.
and my brother is illegal and cannot work.
y'all I'm losing it
please any moral support will help
