I693 flu shot
Hi 👋🏽 If anyone had same experience please please help me out.
I did my medical exam in January. And I know I’m required to get a flu shot Bc the flu season.( oct to Mar) however , when I told the nurse about it , she insists I’m not required to have one. So I end up didn’t get flu shot. She put “insufficient time interval” on my flu shot record. I don’t even understand what that means...
Is there anything I can do right now ? They already gave me my i693 and it’s sealed up. So if I just go Walgreen to get one, the prove is not gonna be in the sealed envelope with my i693 anyway ...
