I75 URGENT HELP!
Hi everyone!
Recently, my status for 175 marraige visa got changed to "fingerprint review completed" as of September 25th 2019. Although on September 21st I got a misdemeanor charge, (which case should be dropped pretty soon it wasnt something crazy) My question is if I got this run in with the law before the date that the fingerprint review was completed does that mean my fingerprints passed or no?
This is what was sent to me when I made a request for inquiry "As of September 25, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, Receipt Number MSC1990891047, at our National Benefits Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you."
Is it possible that i wont get my EAD bc of this charge against me? (i dont have criminal history,just this one misdemeanor) but i am still so scared and anxious bc i wonder if this will affect my naturalization process?
