i751
Hi Everyone,

I need some help. I apply to remove the conditional from my green card but unfortunately, my husband and I are divorced. For the i751 application, I used my maiden name.

I received an extension letter on my conditional green card and it has my maiden name. I have to use this letter with my soon expire green card when traveling. But my green card and passport have my married name.

I want to know if I should leave my passport in my married name to match with my soon expired green card and walk with a copy of my final divorce decree, to show the i797 extension letter belongs to me, just using my maiden name?

What should I do? Any help will be appreciated.
