October 29 2020 USCIS received response to RFE
December 29 2020 case transferred to another field office
December 30 2020 another field office now has jurisdiction over my case
February 10, 2021 we are ready to schedule for interview
March 15, 2021 we scheduled your interview (interview date April 26, 2022)
Went to the interview alone with tons of evidence including but not limited to medication records directly fr cvs, doctor letter and all medical reports fr hospitals admissions, letter fr new primary care and infectious disease doctor and pictures etc I took a lot of supporting evidence and my index number and court documents for divorce which is still in process (divorce not yet final) I took these for my interview and plead my case to the officer. I WAS APPROVED ON THE SPOT NO Lawyer. USCIS officer told me to “ we would love to have you as a citizen please Apple TODAY she hugged me and I left”
I also took to the interview a new fully filled and prepared form i751 the took the application and issued me a new receipt number and notice same day.
