Hi all. My 18 months extension will be expiring on 17th. I had call immigration officer couple of times regarding the info pass. They said they can give infopass appointment only if emergency reasons are there with documents. They also said if you are staying inside the US then there is no problem until the embassy make decision on my case. In applied in January 2019 and still it is showing “ case is ready to be scheduled for an interview “. I don’t know when it be scheduled and the case is in NBC.
My question is - with an expired green card and 18 months extension can I live in the US? Any problem ? Please do reply. Thank you
