i751 - filing
Hi All,

Since December of 2015 I got in a relationship with a US Citizen. Over the next few years she visited my family back in Pakistan twice and I visited her family on multiple occasions in the US. She visited my family back in Pakistan in 2017 and 2019 and in 2019 we decided to get married. Back then we were both in college. We have been married almost 2 years and I received my GC in September of 2019. After that we have everything joint. After my first GC I got my first job and since then we have everything joint. Recently my wife told me that she has feeling for someone else and we have decided to separate our ways. We have been together for 5 years (3 years dating and 2 years married). My current GC expires this September of 2021. The divorce law in Virginia requires us to live separate for 6 months before we can even apply for divorce. Initially I was was supposed to apply to removal of conditions in June of 2021. Rn I am not sure what should we do. My soon to be ex wife said that she will help me in any way possible and should we file jointly and tell them in the application and say that we are separated? Here is the Joint List of evidences I have since our relationship and marriage:

1. 5 years worth of Photos (3 years dating and 2 years Married) (I will make a photo album with descriptions and dates)
2. 2017 and 2019 Flights to Pakistan and our marriage certificate from Pakistan
3. My wife as an emergency contact at 2 of my last jobs since we got married
4. 1.5 Years of lease since I got my first GC
5. 1.5 Years of 2 bank statement showing joint finances
6. Joint Insurance
7. ID cards showing the same address
8. Joint tax returns from previous years
9. Flights tickets and passport tickets to Pakistan for 2 years
10. Joint Phone plan for about 1.5 years
11. Affidavit from my wife attesting our relationship and marriage was legitimate
12. 4 affidavits from friends attesting our relationship
13. 1.5 Years of Joint utility bills
14. 1.5 years of statements from 2 Credit Card companys showing that she was an authorized user on my account
15. Pet adoption letter showing we adapted pets together last year
16. A family Costco membership showing our both names
17. A Ticket to Six flags we went last year showing both our names
18. My Wife a US Passport application in 2019 and it shows both our names (My name in the spouse section)
19. My wife recently got her Drivers License and so 6 months of Joint Car Insurance

Now I am not sure how to apply - Should we apply joint in June together and show them that we are separated? And when I get my divorce decree we can tell them to convert my case to a waiver application. I am worried about the evidence I have. I will probably not have my divorce decree until November or December of this year. Can someone please help me on this?
