I751 PLEASE HELP !!!
Hi everyone. I am in a bad situation. My husband and I have been married for 3 years, and I have had my conditional green card. My husband and I filed the I751 with lots of evidence back in April 2021, case has been updated to show fingerprints were taken ( NYC filing ). Last month my husband got drunk and hit me, the police got involved and issued a criminal Order Of Protection against him or the next several months ( approximately 5 ). How will this affect my i751 case that he had filed if there is an interview ?? Will USCIS find out there is an order of protection so he can't attend the interview with me ?
