Is there any reason for USCIS not to issue EAD? My adtes are:
Filed I485 (based on arriage US citizen) and I765 on Feb 24, 2017
Proirity date: March 2, 2017
Since then, nothing, I didn't even receive my EAD
Multiple service requests, congressman, Ombudsman.
Their response was that my case is on hold due to FBI Name check. I don't have any criminal record or DUI . At least, I should have received my EAD right?
