Timelines
04/04 - Application received by Texas Service Center
04/18 - Case transferred to Arlington service center in Virginia (aka Potomac Service Center)
05/09 - Raised a service request for not receiving bio-metric appointment(I have renewed EAD 4 times before and this is the first time without receiving bio-metrics)
05/12 - Got a reply for the service request saying that they do not need a bio-metrics and they will be using the data from previous records
My current EAD expires on 06/30 and I already received two emails from my office asking for the renewed documents.
Hope I get it on time.
