Hi! We filed on December 5th. Received all the receipts so all is going fine for now. Waiting for the bio appointment
On the affidavit of support, my husbands W2 for 2015 didn't meet the income requirements. But in 2016 he got a new job and his yearly projected income is plenty above the requirements. Will we still need a joint sponsor? We provided pay stubs for the last 6 months, letter of employment and all the required tax documents for 2015. Thanks!!
Also, is there a time pattern for the updates on the USCIS "check my status" thing or is it just at random days and times? Thx!!
