I90 and passport stamp
So, my GC was lost by USPS, I did infopass and officer told me that I should not pay fee for replacement.
So I filled I90 without payment.
They received my paperwork on January 19, on January 25 I got notice that they will reuse biometrics that I did for I485.
My question is since I have my passport stamped for 1 year based on pending I90
What happens if my application god denied because of not paying the fee?
Is that stamp still valid?
And if I file again I90 do I need new stamp?
