The infopass representative told me that my background process is complete, but they have a delay. She said that because of the delay, my interview won’t happen until later (maybe up to 9 months from my priority date according to the average processing time for Baltimore office).
Please, anybody knows if they can justify postponing the interview for that long for somebody whose background is already cleared?
