In-Network Process
Hello,
Will appreciate if you can clarify the following:
  1) For In-Network services, do we have to pay all the charges up-front and then submit the claims to you for reimbursement? Or are your in-Network providers required just to charge us the deductible.

 2) Do you have negotiated rates with your in-network providers? The reason I ask is, last time my mom was in USA, we got insurance from Community Insurance Agency based in the US. we went for a in-network physician consultation. We were charged the full list price of $180/- and had to pay it right there. On contacting that particular insurance company said the charge was appropriate. However, a month earlier, the same physician for the same consult for me claimed $180 from BlueCross, but they paid him only $75.

Thanks
Venkat.
