so me and my wife went to an infopass appointment today 01/03/2018. experience was worse ..i could say extremely rude and she was not polite .so the reason for the visitation was they send my interview notice to my old address and they sent me a denial notice to my updated address.. i showed her the proof of my change of address and she asked us to wait for 5 min and went in to talk to someone and came with her bitch face saying uscis did send notice of interview notice to my updated address which is complete bullshit because they dont want to accept their mistake..i kept telling that i spoke to uscis 2nd tier officer and he did mentioned that it was Uscis administrative mistake ..so frustrated and now they want me to spend another 653 dollars for reappeling what kind of people are these when someone tries to do everything legally and they dont give a f!@#
