Infopass=Passport stamped
Today I had my infopass appointment and got my passport stamped for one year..
This is my story: On august 29, 20017 I had my interview for the green card and I was approved on the spot but my status online never changed and so far I have not received my gc and welcome notice yet, so I decided to take an infopass appointment to find out what was going on. The lady that was helping me checked the system and told me that I was approved the same day of the interview but my green card has not been ordered for production yet because the system has not been updated, she told me I would have to wait a little longer. I asked her if she could stamp my passport and she did. She stamped it for one year. I felt relieved knowing that I was approved in the system, I was starting to get worried.
