Interim EAD
I applied for EAD on July 17 2005 .
I got the Notice of Action( recipt) in a week .
In August i checked my status online it is said that my letter of evidence is undeliverable to my address ( i do not know the reason ).
I called Customer service several number of times to resend the letter of evidence.
But i did not got that letter
On my 90 days completion i went the local office service center.
They said i am not eligibile to get interim EAD right now.
They will send the letter of evidence, the clock of 90 days starts from there again they said.
Is this true ?
