Hi guys ,
after more than a year i got my interview date. It has been a frustrating year. After this long waiting a received the letter saying my date and my lawyer surprisingly told me and my wife that our joint sponsor affidavit of support has expired. Now i am really worried as to what to expect. The problem is that my lawyer told us a week before the interview. Also i was once arrested in my country but charges were dropped . I got a police certificate stating that i have no criminal records. Now i am really getting worried . Anyone has experienced the same situation ? BTW i field in NYC in June 2015.
