Adjustment of Status - I-485

I finally had my interview yesterday. Got there 45 mins. early but was not called until our interview time. Officer walked us in, showed us to our seats, we sat our kids down. We were asked to stand and swore us in. Sat back down and asked me to verify my name and address. Officer asked us for both of our IDs which we had. Officer then started checking off copies of the our original application. He then said that they did not get my medical and asked if we have it, which we did. Handed my medical paperwork to him and he then asked us to sign the bottom of our original application. He asked if we had any questions for him. We said no. He said he will move to have our application approved. If there are any questions, we will hear from them in a few days. If we are approved we will be getting my green card in a few days. And that was it... Been checking USCIS website for an update since yesterday but nothing has changed. Hmmm.... Is this normal?
