I have seen so many people waiting for the interview to be scheduled. I wanted to share my timeline to see if anyone has it similar to mine.
Sept 3: Case received
Sept 10: notice of case received I-797C
Sept 13: Notice of fingerprints received by mail I-797C
Sept 30: Finger print appointment
Oct 2: fingerprint review completed
Oct 30: case ready to be scheduled for an interview
After that nothing. I’m waiting to the interview to be scheduled. I am filling from Seattle, married to a US citizen. Anyone knows how long after the fingerprint would I be receiving my work permit?
