hey guys my interview is coming up for the end of January, what I want to know is do I need to bring tax returns for this year for my i864 form, I mean taxes start getting filed on the 29th so I wouldn't in all reality be able to get it before my IV which is 2 days later...
also I don't have a copy of my i864 do I still need to fill out a new one, I would really hate to do that as my i864 sponsor fell out with my husband and is avoiding contact with us recently.
