Adjustment of Status - I-485

I had my interview in Portland office on February 11. At the time of filing we barely had any joint documents (only joint bank account and marriage certificate). But my wife had a 65k job and my co-sponsor showed high earning too. So, when we went to the interview we thought we would be alright based on the financial condition. However, the officer was very difficult and questioned both of us for 1 hour ! She asked from how we met to when we decided to get married.. to how many times we met before marriage... if we went to each other's graduation ceremony.. how our relationships are with our respective in laws... to how we managed to pull up such a wedding in short time. We gave all explanations but the officer kept on question on every detail. She did not want to see any documents or photographs while questioning us when we tried to show her. She was not convinced why we did not move in together right after the wedding. We explained that we wanted to move in right before my classes started in Oregon and my wife had some training in her new job. She was not convinced at all and kept on asking the same question. At the end of the interview we showed her our rental agreement, bills, a big photo album, concerts we attended together, air tickets we had together, etc. She calmed down a little bit and then said that she will notify us about the next step. Now the case has been updated as "Case must be reviewed." We are very disappointed about this and we are newly married, so we did not have much documents to show at the time of filing. Does anyone have this same pending status? What do they do in such a case? Please give us some insights of such experience and how it turned out in the end. thank you!
